  • Other cities in the Kingdom: Delivery takes (3-4) working days.
  • (Note: Shipping time may vary during peak times such as weekends, seasons and holidays due to work pressure).


Approved shipping companies:

  • Shipping is done through a group of approved shipping companies based on speed and reliability, to ensure the best customer service.


Shipping cost:

  • Shipping costs vary based on the weight of the shipment, the city, and the shipping company used.
  • The exact shipping cost will be displayed upon completion of your purchase on the checkout page before confirming your order.
  • Prices are subject to change based on shipping companies' policies, and the customer will be notified of any changes during purchase.


Additional fees when choosing cash on delivery:

Track orders:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a message with the tracking number via the communication channels registered in your account. You can use this number to track the status of the shipment via the shipping company's website.


Modifications to the order address:

  • The shipping address can be modified only before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, the customer will bear an additional cost in case of reshipment due to an error in the address or data.


Return shipment:

If the order is returned due to:

  • The customer does not respond to the delivery company.
  • Registering an incorrect address or incorrect data.
  • Frequently delaying delivery.
