Return Terms
- The customer has the right to request a return of the product due to a defect or explicit manufacturing defect, and the store bears the shipping costs in this case.
- We accept returns within 7 days of the customer receiving the product .
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received by the customer, with all original packaging intact. The inner vacuum plastic packaging must be sealed, intact and untampered with. Returns will only be accepted if there is a clear and obvious manufacturing defect with the product.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service to ensure the order is sent to the correct address.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided for return.
- Wholesale orders (large quantities) cannot be refunded after the invoice has been issued and the amount has been transferred by the customer.
Replacement terms:
- We accept product exchange within 14 days of receiving the product . The product can be exchanged for a different color or another product with the same price.
- The outer packaging of the product must be intact and the inner vacuum plastic packaging must be completely sealed in its original condition and free from any damage.
- If we receive a return and there is any attempt by the customer to reseal the inner plastic vacuum package, this is against our policy and we will void the exchange eligibility and the customer will bear the shipping costs to return the order to him again.
- The customer bears the costs of all shipping stages for the replacement process.
- Wholesale orders (large quantities) cannot be exchanged after the invoice has been issued and the amount has been transferred by the customer.
Cancellation Terms:
- Cancellation of orders is accepted before the shipping policy is issued for the order . If the order is cancelled before that, the full amount will be refunded to the customer within 10 business days.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after a shipping policy has been issued to the customer and the customer must submit a return request through the communication channels.
- Wholesale orders (large quantities) cannot be cancelled after the invoice has been issued and part or all of the amount has been transferred by the customer.
Definition of manufacturing defects:
Regarding the definition of manufacturing defects in 3D printing materials, the printing process is highly dependent on the training, knowledge, and experience of the user. These factors affect every stage of design, setup, and printing, which is reflected in the final appearance of the product. Accordingly, the quality of the final print is not necessarily an indicator of the quality of the material, and an unsatisfactory printed object cannot be classified as a defect in the material itself. A manufacturing defect in printing materials is only present when there is a clear defect in the material itself, such as irregular discoloration, breakage in the printing filament, or any defect in the material that reaches the buyer directly.

- Once the returned product is received and inspected by the store, we will notify you via social media of approval or rejection according to the conditions stated above to complete the return or exchange process.
- If the return is approved, the refund will be processed after notifying the customer, and the refunded order amount will be automatically credited to the customer's credit card used for purchase or original method of payment within 10 business days .
- If you still haven't received your refund, please check your bank account, contact your credit card customer service, or your bank. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
- Wholesale orders (large quantities) after agreement with the customer and issuing the invoice and transferring part or all of the amount by the customer to the store - the customer acknowledges the validity of the products and the agreed quantities and it is not possible to cancel, replace or refund any amount or product within the issued invoice.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data he sends when submitting the order, such as the mobile number and address, in addition to ensuring that the required products are selected accurately, including the name of the item, product, weight, color, size, and other details. In the event that the customer requests to modify his personal data or order details after it has been shipped, the customer shall bear any additional shipping costs incurred in replacing or returning the products or resending the order.
